• RETURN POLICY

If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase and wants to return it within 14 days after delivery, we will ask the customer to send the product back to our office/factory (full address will be provided to the customer via email). In this case, the customer shall be held responsible for all the shipping fees.

• The customer must ensure to return the item with its original packaging and all accessories in the same condition as received.
• Please ensure that the product is packed securely so that it won’t get damaged during transit.
• All customers must contact www.silk-shop-sofia.company.site within 14 days before sending or returning any item to us.
• www.silk-shop-sofia.company.site will not be responsible for the returned item without prior notification to us.

• DAMAGED AND LOST PRODUCTS:

• In the case of a product damaged in transit, the return request can be sent within 14 days after delivery, to our customer care via email. In the case of damaged product, contact us with photographic evidence. The refund issue in this case will be the full cost of the product(s) as well as any original shipping fees paid.
• For lost parcels, we can only issue complete refunds (including the delivery charge). However, no replacements are applicable in this case.
